I’m a computational social scientist studying democratic innovations, participatory democracy, and how people make collective decisions.

I focus on democratic innovation, social choice, and civic technology, with a particular interest in citizens’ assemblies and preference aggregation.

Currently, I’m a pre-doctoral fellow at the Data & Democracy Initiative at the University of Chicago’s Data Science Institute and a non-resident fellow at the Cornell Brooks Center on Global Democracy.
